Controller and Operations Director
Carl is an experienced management, systems and consulting professional, and directs our finance and operations.
As Controller, Carl has responsibility for all accounting and finance functions, with a particular focus on helping direct the firm to sustainable growth. As Operations Director he brings his software and consulting backgrounds to bear, helping to improve and increase the accuracy and efficiency of the systems we use to gather and analyze business and consumer insights.
He has held senior management and consulting positions at firms including AutoDesk and PeopleSoft, entering the software consulting industry after 15 years with Carnation Nestle, where he held line and staff positions ranging from plant controller to corporate level management and systems development roles while based at Nestle World Headquarters in Switzerland.
He has taught classes in finance and business management since 2001, is a regular speaker at industry conferences and events, and is a contributing author on software system implementation and project management. Carl has both an MBA and accounting degree from California State University, Hayward.
